Background
John Caldwell's major research and teaching interest is in Family Law, with a secondary interest in the Law of Judicial Review.
He is a contributor to both New Zealand textbooks on Family law, and is on the Editorial Board of the Family Law Journal, Butterworths Family Law Service, and the New Zealand Family Law Reports.
John is also a committee member of the Family Courts Association and the Childrens Issues Committee of the New Zealand Family Law Section.
